Marylebone Cricket Club Foundation

Sports & Community

Based at Lord's Cricket Ground in London, the MCC Foundation (MCCF) is a cricket charity delivering projects across the UK and around the world.

By offering free access to coaching and facilities, MCCF supports boys and girls from under-represented backgrounds, promoting physical and mental wellbeing, and uniting communities through cricket.

Within the UK, their mission is to open up access to the talent pathways so that every young cricketer has the opportunity to reach their full potential in the game, regardless of race, gender, or economic circumstance.

  • "The Kamini and Vindi Banga Family Trust's support of the MCC Foundation has enabled us not only to reach more state-educated young people in the UK, but to do so in a way that is sustainable, strategic, and aligned with the wider cricket landscape. Alongside this, our international work with delivery partner Cricket Without Boundaries has grown both in scale and in confidence. Thanks to the Trust's generosity, we have taken important steps to formalise and expand our global ambitions, ensuring that cricket is used as a powerful tool for positive social change in communities around the world - from supporting displaced and refugee communities, to investing in grassroots coaching and leadership where it is needed most."
