The Almeida Theatre has long been one of London’s most important cultural institutions, renowned for its bold productions, creative ambition and commitment to bringing extraordinary stories to the stage.
The Kamini and Vindi Banga Family Trust is proud to have supported the installation of a commemorative plaque honouring the theatre’s artistic leadership and the individuals who have shaped its remarkable legacy.
The plaque recognises founding Artistic Director Pierre Audi, alongside Jonathan Kent CBE, Ian McDiarmid, Michael Attenborough CBE and Rupert Goold CBE, whose collective vision has helped establish the Almeida as a leading voice in contemporary theatre.
Through this contribution, the Trust celebrates the enduring importance of artistic expression, cultural leadership and the individuals whose creativity continues to inspire generations of audiences.
