Thoughtful philanthropy, rooted in partnership, purpose, and impact.
The Banga Family Trust is guided by a simple belief:
philanthropy should deliver tangible, lasting impact for people and communities.
About the Trust
High-Impact Philanthropy
My husband, Vindi, and I established the Trust in 2018. We both feel deeply grateful for the opportunities and upbringing we’ve had, and we consider it a privilege to give back by supporting causes that matter to us.
The Trust’s initial focus was on supporting cancer research as both my mother and I were diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then, it has grown to encompass initiatives which mirror mine and Vindi’s shared values and passion points - the arts, progressive thinking, and projects which are rooted in a deep commitment to social good.
All our beneficiary partnerships have a strong foundation built from trust, insight, and shared ambition. In many cases, this means we contribute not only financial support, but also invest our time, strategic thinking, and governance expertise.
Our work is guided by a clear focus on delivering results and positive changes - today, tomorrow, and for generations to come. We seek depth over breadth, and partnerships that endure.
Our long-term vision is shared by our sons, Tavraj and Udaibir, who are committed to continuing this work into the future.
The Trust focuses primarily on the UK in recognition of the fact that it was only when I moved to this country that I found my voice and felt able to share my thinking and opinions freely and without judgement.
This website offers an overview of the Trust’s activities to date and highlights the areas and initiatives we are keen to explore going forward. If you’re looking for support, you can find an application form in the Apply section.
We’d like to thank all our partners in helping us collate their case studies which I hope you’ll enjoy reading so you can find out more about the amazing work they all do.
